James T. Balouris is a Leadership Pittsburgh XXV alum and serves as Board Chair.

Balouris is executive vice president and market manager for PNC Bank’s Southwest Pennsylvania Market. His responsibilities include managing the sales and service processes and branch development initiatives for the bank’s 170 community branches in western Pennsylvania.

Balouris joined PNC Bank in 1990 as a management trainee in Retail Banking, advancing through various management positions in the branch network. In 1998, he was named sales manager of the downtown Pittsburgh sector. In 2000, he became regional service manager of the Central/South region overseeing 40 branches. He was promoted in 2001 to Business Banking Territory Sales Manager for the Western Pennsylvania Region, a position he held until 2009.

PNC Regional Community Bank Circle of Excellence Award Winner: 1999 Top Sector, 2001 Top Regional, 2005, 2009 and 2011 Chairman’s Circle Award.

Active member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church on the North Side. Past parish council president, treasurer vision/finance committee member, and Sunday school 8th and 9th grade teacher.

Balouris earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial management and graphics communication from Carnegie Mellon University in 1990. He is a graduate of the CBA Graduate School of Retail Banking Management.

Resides in Wexford, PA with his wife Yvonne and their four children.
