SUPPORT OUR MISSION
Help us strengthen regional leadership through Programs, Partnership and Connections.
The flagship, highly-selective program geared towards established leaders is designed to examine critical community issues, enhance civic-engagement, and empower participants to impact their business and the regional agenda at a leadership level.
Graduates of Leadership Pittsburgh and Leadership Development Initiative now have the opportunity to continue their civic leadership through this "high-touch" board matching program with local nonprofit organizations to serve our region.
LDI is for top emerging talent of organizations. This program uses a data-driven model that outlines strategic approaches to leadership development; these leadership skills are developed within the context of community awareness.
The Leadership OnBoard program presents the opportunity to be involved in the decision-making process of regional public, private and non-profit institutions. Through LOB, participants initiate a life of community service and civic leadership which is vital to the strength of our region's future.
CLCV™ is aimed at leveraging the strengths and experience of post 9/11 veterans by exposing them to new leadership networks and opportunities in service of our community, and fast-tracking their success in the region as high-potential leaders.
In partnership with the Allegheny Conference on Community Development, we arrange an invitation-only opportunity for senior-executives (with guest) who are new to the Pittsburgh region or new to their position, which links them to a network of their peers in the community.
