Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. Announces Leadership Pittsburgh XLII Cohort
Topics: Leadership, Spotlights
Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. (LPInc.) is proud to announce our Leadership Pittsburgh (LP) Cohort for the 2025- 2026 program year. LP XLII comprises fifty-nine executive-level established leaders from across our region’s businesses and organizations. These leaders will be working to enhance their community leadership capacity from September through June by examining critical community issues and challenges so that they are better equipped to act on our region’s civic agenda.
Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to developing a diverse group of leaders to serve Southwestern Pennsylvania. LPInc. produces programming, partnerships, and connections through cohort-based programs, executive networking, nonprofit board matching, and a robust, cross-disciplinary, multi-generational alumni network. Core programs educate executive-level leaders, high-performing professionals, and current or former military service members. These programs serve as benchmarks across the country and have inspired other organizations within the region. Leadership Pittsburgh is the flagship program offered by LPInc. and selection is highly competitive.
“The leaders chosen to join the LP XLII cohort represent a high caliber of diverse, influential leaders whose talents, influence, and passion are needed to drive meaningful change in our region. We are honored to partner with these individuals and the organizations they represent to amplify the reach and impact of their civic leadership. A shared dedication to this program reflects the important commitment to ensuring Southwestern Pennsylvania continues to thrive.” – Jenn Beer, LPInc. President & CEO, thanks the members of this year’s cohort and their nominators.
LP XLII kicks off in September with a reception at Acrisure Stadium, home of the Pittsburgh Steelers. The cohort will begin their learning experience later that month with an opening retreat. Thereafter, the cohort will convene every month around an issue of importance to the region in a highly experiential daylong session that draws on the knowledge of regional issue experts. The cohort will complete their leadership learning and connecting journey in June 2026.
